Their customer service is awful. Very careless with the way they run things. Not the people you want dealing with your mail.

Customer Service is awesome 9/10/2007

Great company full of kind and helpful staff. Been going in and out of there for a while, and never regreted it. Awesome place to do buisness. Pros: Easy access, kind and helpful service. Cons: sometimes parking is a pain. more

Friendly and cozy, with great gifts to boot. 2/22/2007

I really enjoy visiting this business. At first, I saw the sign from the street when I was looking for Notary Service and a quick Fax, thinking that it would be just like any of the places that offer that type of thing--not so! Personally Yours has a great selection of beautiful hand-made jewelery, crafts, candles, cards...etc-- Now I go there for birthday shopping more than anything else. The employees are easy to chat with, and so are most of the other customers. When I read that last review by Phoebecat, I was shocked because I've only had the best of experiences at this store. more

Dog friendly 2/16/2007

This place is so personal they don't even mind if you bring your pooch. Perfect neighborhood post office to save time and the gift wraps are the best. Mobile mailbox and Fedex too. more

I have had my mailbox for 18 years. Very friendly and personal service. Beautiful gift wraps and greeting cards. Efficient and helpful staff. more
