When I started training with Fitzroy, he told me up front that if I wanted to see results, the first thing that I would have to do, is to be willing to change my eating habits and be consitent with my training sessions. Well, I followed his advice and we put together a sensible nutrition plan and in 12 weeks I went from a pudgy 150lbs down to 130lbs which is about right for my body-type. Thanks to his advice I am still maintaining my ideal weight up to this day.
