Wonderful Experience 3/21/2011

This is the second time we have used their services. The fist time was in 2006 when my beloved mother-in-law passed away. Sadly, we had to use them again just a week ago. I would like to thank everyone, with a special thanks to Ian, for helping and guiding us with all the arrangements. It is very difficult to loose a loved one. I am glad we found them. Caring and Professional 5/27/2010

Starting with the first call to them, they answered their phones promptly after hours (7 PM), answered all our questions and eased our concerns. When my mom finally passed the directors who came to our house were very caring and professional. All contact with Personal Alternative was top rate and their prices were the lowest we could find. Sincerely the Noble Family Pros: Made our arrangements much easier than expected more
