I have had a very positive experience here. My iBook of 3 years broke down. They are very reasonable on their diagnostics price. Their communication and customer service is also very nice, something you don't see everywhere these days. The tech called me twice to discuss my computer. The charge to transfer the contents of my old hard drive over to the new iBook I purchased was also reasonable.
