Puchased a used certified vehicle and the whole experience only took me just over 2 hours (including getting my trade-in apprasied). The saleman ""Willy"" was a nice guy and seemed to be genuine. I than dealt with their ""closer"" Alberto and again a great guy and after a little negotiation gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They also provided me with a CarFax that was linked to the vehicle right off their website. Out of the many cars I've purchased over the years this place and Brecht treated me the best. Maybe I was just lucky that day but I would recommend people to them. more

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Mccune, every other dealership wanted to put me into an old cluncker because I have limited credit. I dont have bad credit, I just have no car credit. After going from dealer to dealer and being bounced around I stopped by Mccune where I also met Willy, an outstanding sales person as is mentioned about him in another post, Sergio the Sales Manager also greeted and introduced himself which I liked, I did not get greeted by one single manager at any of the other dealerships I went to, you dont see that nowadays, they all seem to be hiding behind a wall which I suppose some people overlook, not me. Sergio was extremely helpful, gave me some good solid advice and we were on our way. After my purchase my husband and I checked if we got a good deal and a good interest rate with a family trusted bank that weve used for years, I am very happy to mention that they told me I got an outstanding deal at Mccune. Willy and Sergio were awesome. Definately an A+ experience. Thank you Willy. more

I have been a part of three car purchases with them now. My first car, and my current car, as well as my husband's current car. All three times I looked around to several other dealerships in the area and was completely overwhelmed with the salespeople. My apologies for stereotyping, but car salespeople sometimes look straight up untrustworthy. During my first buying experience, I was in tears because I felt like no matter what I could do I was going to get cheated. Then I went to McCune. They were very straightforward with me, and very patient. They explained everything and gave me time to think things over. It is the one place where I feel like I can leave knowing I'm not getting cheated. I just moved from San Diego, but when I lived there I always took my car in to get oil changes etc. and was really impressed with that part too. For me, dealerships were difficult to walk into and leave happy, but at McCune I found something different. more

Paul, I was VERY happy and surprised by the great service I got. Rudy the service consultant got be set up, listened to my issues, and gave me some sound advice. The next day, he called me several times to let me know how the service was going, and then when I picked the truck up, the service manager (which might have been you) was very helpful in getting me the truck. After I paid, I had a question about something, and needed to talk to the mechanic, so the service manager got another gentlemen to go get Rudy, who came right over and answered my question. more

We live in Carlsbad, but make the sixty mile drive to McCune Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge without hesitation whenever service is due or a new vehicle is in order. My family and myself have purchased two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Dodge Truck to date from McCune Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge and were treated exceptionally well. When it comes to service, both McCune Dealerships remain open for their customers on Saturdays. There is a reason for both dealerships maintaining their ratings: Work is done right the first time and the costs are reasonable. ( My wife and myself have been down the road of having owned expensive European built automobiles. ) None of these was free of maintenance to the extent that our Jeeps and Dodge Truck have been and the cost of servicing those ""bavarian dreams"" was brutal. ( Buy American. Save some money and stay out of the repair shop outside of anticipated preventive maintenance. ) Consider our family to be Very Satisfied customers of the McCune Dealerships. more

The primary reason I have returned with Tony McCune is because of Brian and his professionalism. He has helped identify some problems with my Jeep and has assisted in quickly resolving the problem. I believe in the past three visits I have corrected some $1,300.00 in a problems which may have resulted more in the long run. The service staff at Tony McCune appears to be very professional as well as courteous and always making sure you ""the customer"" is being taken care of. It's important my car is up to par considering I am a Factory Rep and cover Baja Mexico,San Diego, Temecula as a territory. I will continue to service my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tony McCune with the preventative maintenance I intend to keep performing. Once again, thanks go to Brian for taking care of me. more

Who ever said buying a car is a lot of work and painful, they never went tried McCune Motors. I was put in a situation of moving 10 hours south and needing a new car with in a week...from 10 hours north. As odd as this may sound, I wanted the car the moment I arrived in San Diego. My sister had purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago and recommended me someone to speak with. I worked with a wonderful sales women, Cinde Nowicki, over the phone and via email. I had a new car on my arrival. I literally had the car purchased and ready to use within a few hours of making my initial call. Cinde was so helpful answering my emails after hours (at about 10 pm at night) and calling me with voicemails when I couldn't answer because I was working. Besides the great service, I LOVE my car! I bought the Jeep patriot because it was big and small at the same time. I am beyond happy with the service and ability of this dealership. Not only did I buy a car over the phone, I had it delivered EARLY! The delivery men showed up early to ensure that I would be able to drive away in my new car as soon as possible. Talk about great service! I don't what these other people are talking about, because I could not have been happier at any other dealership. more
