In February of 2012, I bought 2 vehicles from Perro's Auto sales in Auburn Ma. One of the vehicles I purchased was for my daughter to go back and forth to JWU in Rhode Island. 33 days after the purchase, my daughter drove home from JWU and the next day, the car wouldn't start BUT It was under the 60day/2500 mile warranty , SO we called the 24 hours service towing (508)-641-8197 which was given to us by Ken, in our warranty folder. Well when we called, Mike answered and told me to file the towing under my insurance company..He wanted me to file a claim and have my insurance pay for it, because he didn't want to pay for a tow from Charlton to Worcester. When I refused he then got belligerent and started saying he wasn't going to fix the car and he didn't care if it was under the warranty... So now my daughter is stuck with a car that won't start and he refuses to fix it... some business man.. I believe I have no choice but to file some complaint against them for repairing the vehicle. ALSO 2 weeks, before my daughters car broke down, I sent my son in to purchase a vehicle from perros.. THE CAR FAILED inspection for TIRES.. all 4 were really worn, MIKE told the tire company to only replace the worst 2 tires..Im so unhappy with the service. I also used a referral for sending my son in, which would entitle me to receive 50.00 and he refused to give me that as well.. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment.. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! I discourage anyone who is considering purchasing from Perro's...Look elsewhere first!!!! And for the record, I wouldn't have given any stars BUT i had to in order to post...
