HORRIBLE customer service from the receptionists. The overall experience I have has been horrible. There are hidden charges and fees that make your bill go up and up and up (don't be fooled by low cost shots and boarding fees over the phone). They run this like a business, wanting money, rather than focusing on the pet at hand. I have two dogs that loved going to the vet and seeing the people when I lived in another state, but when I moved here my dogs are acting different when I take them in and when I have picked them up for boarding. I am definately not going back. Make sure you look at the charges before you pay.
When I moved here and I switched over to them I had my dogs papers from the previous vet. They put the info in the computer and gave it back to me, but when I came back to board them for the first time, they were demanding shot records and were going to charge me to give shots they had already had. I gave them the number to my vet, but after calling them they said they got a message that it was no longer a working number. I called right after that and got someone from my vet in another state (so they lied) . They were just trying to get more money from me.
Be careful: I have only seen one vet there and for less than a minute. He said my dog needed his teeth cleaned (i had them cleaned 3 months prior at my previous vet). They just want money... To pick up dog/cat feces is 2.50 (even getting a shot is a 2.50 waste removal fee). To get a pill to remove all fleas when you board is 12.50 (even though you have them on flea/tick Frontline). They will not let you board them without this pill so it gets expensive. They don't tell you these fees...so in the long run it is NOT cheap.
The staff I have dealt with have been rude and in my opinion don't care. They are there for a paycheck. This seems to be the culture there. I love my dogs enough not to take them there.
Pros: hours of operation are good 7am-11pm eveyday
Cons: hidden charges, horrible receptionists
