Perrin-410 is a lifesaver! The hours are great and fees are not raised after a certain hour. The entire staff is always very nice, helpful, and caring. Dr. Bermes is wonderful!!! more

Great Care 2/1/2010

me and my son had to take his cat to a vet for a unknown problem on his paw. I searched and called local vets in area and found perrin-410 to be the most reasonable price. The vet was very patient and answered all of our questions for us, we found out he had ringworm and were given medicine. We were very satisfied and think our same cat might of dislocated his foot so we are about to make an appointment tomorrow to have him checked. more

Best vet in San Antonio. 1/3/2010

Dr. Ramsey at Perrin 410 saved our first pets life several years ago, when all the other vets had given up hope. We eventually had to put her to sleep, for other reasons, but the five extra years we had with her we owe Dr. Ramsey. We have let a new little puppy into our hearts and we will always believe in Dr. Ramsey. more

Perrin-410 Animal Hospital #1 for my Dogs! 12/29/2009

Hours are convenient, staff is courteous, prices are same for any time of service, which is great especially if you dont want to take time from work. I have never waited more than a few minutes even without an appointment! Definately recommend them !! more

Great Vets and Staff !! 12/13/2009

The vets at Perrin-410 Animal Hospital do treat your pets as their own. They are thorough, kind, & knowledgeble. I've taken my pets there for years and have always been treated well and given good advise. You do get the "best care anywhere". You can go in with or without an appointment, see any vet and they will take care of your pet. We have been there for emergencies and for regular check ups and shots. We love them and they love our pets and take good care of them. They are affordable and never charge for weekend and late night visits. The staff and vets are very caring. more

Wonderful Staff! 12/1/2009

I had to go to Perrin 410 Animal Hospital to put my mothers greyhound down. It was a very sad situation but the Perrin staff did an excellent job of making us feel loved and cared for. it was the hardest thing my mother had to do but the vet and the staff were so passionate and understanding. It was not just another routine euth. as most pet hospitals would treat b/c I have worked in vet hospitals and the doctors are sometimes cold at heart. I thank Perrin 410 for all their help and will be returning with a new pet when the time is right. more

First try, got it right! 11/10/2009

Went to see several other vets about my dogs blood in urine problem and they gave something but it did not go away. Perrin-410's vet took the time to figure out what had been tried and what should be done, first try and have not had any problems since. more

Hidden charges, incompassionate 10/25/2009

I brought my kitten in with a broken leg to this hospital. Not only did I wait almost 45 mins while my cat was in pain and some of you were chit-chatting with each other outside our waiting room (with only a handful of others to wait on), but the results were devestating. Cons: many more

Saved my pet 10/14/2009

Perrin-410 is a life saver. They took care of my pet without giving me grief about his condition, didn't ask for an arm and a leg down, and really helped us out. They are there for the pets. more

Wonderful Vet, Excellent Experience 10/10/2009

I have taken my pets to this clinic several times and have always found them to be very professional and up to par in every aspect of their work. Most recently, I took my cat in for declawing and neutering and had no problems whatsoever with the service. Wonderful Vet 10/7/2009

I LOVE this clinic. I feel the doctors and staff at this clinic go above and beyond unlike other clinics I have been to. The seem to truely care about my pets and that makes me feel comfortable with them. The are always friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for vet care. Waste of important time! 5/17/2009

I have visited this animal hospital a few times during a pet emergency, and for the most part there services have been very average. Nothing particularly impressive, but my pet lived, so I had nothing to complain about. On my last visit however I came in with a very sick dog. I explained what her symptoms were and gave a few thoughts as to what might have caused it. The veterinarian seemed incapable of forming an opinion about what she thought was going on. She continually asked me what I thought the course of treatment should be. I found this maddening sense I was PAYING for HER consultation! She convinced us that x-rays were needed. After the x-ray she said that they didn't find the source of the Gracie's (my dog) problem. Then suggested the SAME PROCEDURE!! She NEVER came to a conclusion or ever a guess as to what was ailing my dog, but thought it necessary to make a prescription anyway. After searching the presciption online, and talking to a friend how works as a vet tech I found that the prescription had terrible side effects and in some cases have CAUSED DEATH!!! I will never take ANY of my pets to this vet again. Pros: The Staff are very nice. Cons: A complete waste of my time. more

Dog died & tried to charge me for it! 4/22/2009

This place demanded that my dog have 5 surgeries & eventually my dog died consequently & they still sent me a bill. I would never take my pet there again! Cons: Lots more

Great Clinic! 2/28/2009

What a relief to finally find a clinic that is open when you need them and does not charge an arm and a leg! The girls up front were great...even tho they were crazy busy, they kept me updated on the wait and were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The technician was great...treated my pet like she was his own. The doctor gave me options on treatment.....didn't try to force the most expensive service like some places I have been. Overall, this is the best experience I have had at ANY clinic and since they are open 7 days, I will be switching all of my pets records to them. Great people and service. Other clinics could learn a thing or two from this group. Keep up the good work guys! Pros: Hours, great staff, awesome doctors! Cons: Small waiting room, could use some updates more

Very Horrible 10/13/2008

Do not go here. I spent 9 hours getting the run around from three different front desk people. very bad customer service. Tried to charge us for services that we did not approve. Pay a little more and go to an organized clinic. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who cares about there animal!!! Pros: Doctor's were nice Cons: Office staff was not!!! more
