Perko's serves a great and reasonably priced breakfast 12/13/2009

I live a bit away from this area, so decided to meet a friend kind of half way between his home and mine at the old Bradshaw’s only to discover it is now a Perko's. We checked out the menu and decided on the build your own breakfast menu. The food was very good, that special very reasonably priced, and serviced outstanding. I liked it enough that they have become a regular and after a dozen or more visits they have not let us down once. Pros: Very fast service by happy servers more

Delicious American Food 11/4/2009

I go there on a fairly regular basis, and the food is consistently good and so is the service. The manager talks with the patrons to make sure they're happy. This restaurant is flexible with their menu as they accept substitutions and/or additions. If I want melted butter, extra vegetables or cilantro, they get it for me. The only thing they don't have, so far, is sauerkraut. They have a great corned beef on grilled rye with melted Swiss cheese, and all they need is sauerkraut to make it a Reuben (my favorite sandwich). I often have a Ranchers' steak. Their New York steak with shrimp is very good. Aside from the sauerkraut, they don't serve mochas or lattes. I wish they would. They have a great selection of desserts, and one dessert that's not actually in the dessert menu--it's in the breakfast menu--is the splatter cake. Two huge crepes filled with cream cheese and topped with strawberries. Yum! Pros: Great menu selection Cons: Only one kind of coffee more

Consistancy is lacking 10/22/2005

Living somewhat close ,I tend to eat there more often then I should. The service is usually anyones guess unless you get or ask for someone you've have before. The food is never the same, usually different in size and taste each time I go...but close enough not to complain. A high turn over in staff and managment tells me that THAT might be why everything changes on me each time I visit. The place can fit a LARGE PARTY,I saw a bus unload one day while I was there....and it seems like they did it pretty well, including telling me about it so I could order before they did!! Nice touch on the decor as well, but that doesn't make up for the service, or lack of it most of the time. I'll end up there again I'm sure, because it's a roll of the dice with Bradshaws. Pros: LARGE Seating areas, Hot food!!, good cornbread Cons: small parking area, different each time, inconsistancey more

Delicious food, great prices 11/12/2002

Bradshaw's has an excellent variety of food and it is quite good at reasonable prices. The mozzarella sticks, chicken breast strips, and tri-tip were all delicious. As was the dinner roll and cornbread. The side dishes left something to be desired (Fries, Mashed potatoes, cooked carrots), but that did not detract from the overall experience. And if you visit, you have to try their great desserts. Pros: Good Main Course, Friendly Service, Desserts Cons: Average Side Dishes more
