I recently purchased a used SUV and wrote into the contract that certain things needed to be done to complete the transaction. We scheduled an appointment to have those items fixed, but also found out that the CD players does not work and the brakes were grinding. They told us that they would take care of it when we brought the car in to fix the other items. When we did that, the service team knew nothing about the CD player and brakes. The sales rep came over and agreed to fix the brakes, but would have to get back with me on the CD player. Basically, the brakes were grinded down a bit and are now pulsating and squeeking again and its only been 2 months since we bought the car. And the CD player, we were told "too bad" and that they gave us enough concessions already. So, we were sold a car that was listed with a CD player, but doesnt work and they have no interest in fixing. False advertising.
