Customer service is great until the transaction is completed with payment. As a contractor we have to have release of liens (lien waiver) for our billing purposes to prove we have paid for the materials used on a project. Lien waivers are sent in with full payment, but getting them signed and returned is another story. The people in the accounting department will not take my call any longer, I am pushed off to voice mail.\r We all have dead lines to meet ,but even calling the Sales Person to let them know our needs as a customer are not being met draws a dead end also. I have a boss too, and when he says follow up and I don't get any response, my boss hounds me. This does not make a good customer relationship, in fact I am sick of my boss hounding me to death because the accounting office won't take a few minutes to fill out a document and return it to me, but they want their money NOW. It has been 24 days since our check cleared the bank and I still do not have the documents I need. I have faxed and I have called only to get voice mail. This corporation is a haven for people of a predatory nature. Try comparing a list of their employees with the State of Missouri registered offender list. I wonder if the references they have on their web page are aware of this?!! They surely should be. Pros: Been in business for many years, the roofing materials must be of good quality because they are in use by and have references from many large well known corporations. Cons: Frightening ""word of mouth"" reputation in the Kansas City corporate world with regards to the character of several employees. more
