Performance Heating & Air is a top-notch company from beginning to end. They were fast, concise and thorough in diagnosing my air conditioning problem. But it was the technician who did the work that sold me on this company. Robert was very professional from the first call to my home to finishing the work. He came in and got the job done and I am now reaping the benefits of his excellent work. A cool house! I will not hesitate to call Performance Heating & Air for any and all future heating and cooling problems. And I would make a request that Robert do the work. more

The service technician seemed competent and knowledgeable. He reviewed the work performed and suggested items I could do to keep the AC performing well. He left the site clean and orderly. more

Epiphany Episcopal Church 7/6/2012

Chris and his partner Bryan faced problems as soon as they arrived today, as the church office is staffed by volunteers (like me) who did not know they were to be here. They went to work right away, working under less than ideal conditions on our old roof. They reported back to me when they were finished, and had cleaned up after themselves completely. While they could not repair our system, they did a commendable job while here. Your technician did a good job of helping us choose the right products for our needs - the variable speed furnace for our home, and the two-stage furnace for the rental, not to mention a water heater, electric to gas conversion, and gas fireplace. more

Two of your technicians recently spent two days in our home installing a new gas boiler to warm our very chilly house. They were efficient, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The two hard-working guys also kindly installed a new light in our shadowy furnace "nook" so we can now actually see our sparkling new boiler. In an era when good service is hard to find, my husband and I just thought you should know these two gentlemen went the extra mile for us. more
