Twenty minutes, two times a week, a skilled personal trainer that monitors slow-motion-reps every second, making sure you have the right form, speed, encouraging you and taking you to ""momentary muscle success"" that enables you to lift a little more weight than you would by yourself. Sure,.... I've gone to other gyms and had a couple of personal trainers but the trainers were not as interested in my progress as the ones at TPW. TPW trainers have been"" trained to train"" and it makes all the difference in the world. I'm 72 years old and I don't ever want to stop TPW.
