Debra and I have been training together for about a year and a half at the Del Mar Perfect Workout. I train both in NYC and Del Mar. I believe Debra and the Perfect Workout are right up there with the best. I have weight trained since 1990 and been doing Super Slow since 2000. I have trained all over the world. Debra's eyes are always watching my form, she doesn't let a mistake slide by. Her knowledge of our anatomy always surprises me. She is an advocate for a healthy diet. I always thought I was pretty good about nutrition, but over the years slid into some bad habits. Our casual conversations helped get me back on track. The Perfect Workout keeps my mind and body in good shape more

It's called ""The Perfect Workout""......because it is! Twenty minutes, two times a week, a skilled personal trainer that monitors slow-motion-reps every second, making sure you have the right form, speed, encouraging you and taking you to ""momentary muscle success"" that enables you to lift a little more weight than you would by yourself. Sure,.... I've gone to other gyms and had a couple of personal trainers but the trainers were not as interested in my progress as the ones at TPW. TPW trainers have been"" trained to train"" and it makes all the difference in the world. I'm 72 years old and I don't ever want to stop TPW. I feel better, walk better, move better, I'm stronger and looking forward to getting even stronger. It's one of the best things I've ever done for myself!! I love The Perfect Workout! I've been going twice a week for over 2 years and plan to continue. I've gained significant strength and lost several pounds and inches. The personal trainers are all very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and push me just enough. I really like the quiet and focused atmosphere of facility (no music, thankfully). The workouts are very intense so it's a good thing they're less than 30 minutes! The Perfect Workout is definitely worth the time and expense. more

Anna is my Trainer, I re-started February 2012 after being ""out"" with 2 major cervical+lower lumbar surgeries in 2010! Down to 120 and muscle loss, I am now, as of June 20th, 2010 80% to getting all strength, muscle tone and endurance back. My experience with Perfect Workout was good before surgeries, NOW it is GREAT. Anna has been patient, worked slowly, starting 1 X a week until feel strong enough to go to 2 X a week. I KNOW prior to 2 major surgeries IF I had NOT had the strength I had built over 1.5 years my surgeries would NOT have gone 99% perfect! Perfect Workout is 100% better for me than ""pretend"" physical-thereapy"" sessions after surgeries. I'm sooo GRATEFUL to be regaining my HEALTH to 100% as possible & my special ""thanks"" to Anna! more
