I called Frank at Perfect Plumbing on Friday afternoon when I noticed my hot water heater had malfunctioned and I had no hot water. He assured me he would be over first thing in the morning on Saturday since he was just to booked to make it out tonight. No problem right. By one o'clock pm I had not heard from him, so I called and left a voice mail asking that it was not a huge deal just call and let me know when to expect him. NO RETURN CALL! I called again at 3:30pm and still had to leave a message on his VM. NO RETURN CALL! So when I got off work Saturday night at 10:00 pm I called him. A very nice young lady answered and told me to wait just a second she would get him. I was disconnected so I called back 2 more times only to be sent to voice mail, I left a message and asked that he call me back asap so I could have hot water and know when he would be out to fix the problem. Still as of Sunday NO RETURN CALL. I called at 10:00 am and again left a voice message. NO RETURN CALL as of 4:00pm. I'm DONE!
