Perfect Circle Tire

Just bought 4 touring tires for my car last week. Perfect Circle's price beat Fleet Farm, Walmart didn't have the right kind & size. Costco's estimate was $214 HIGHER for the same work (plus the $50 membership fee)!! I also had Perfect Circle add a pair of struts & alignment. Excellent workmanship, service & customer care! It's nice to have a local business that out performs & out shines the big box stores! more

Ive been there 4 times for my car and truck,....I have a nice truck and a ""winter"" car,..on mycar they didnt force me to buy the best tires, and infact recommended some economy ones because they knew I didnt want to put much into it...on my truck they had to fix the suspension with an alignment....had estimates done at 3 places ...they were the cheepest...3 years later my truck is running great..... I took my car there for a simple front end alignment. I was then told that they could not get one of my front tires adjusted. They told me it was out over two degrees and they needed contract out to get the frame bent. The frame bender measured everything and told them that my car was fine. They still charged me $78.00 for the frame bender to look at it based on their suggestion, which shows poor business ethics. Owning up to your own misdiagnosis would be nice. So the end result was $78.00 for nothing plus $52.00 for only one of my two wheels aligned. That's $130.00 they got out of me for aligning one wheel. The funny thing is this is their expertise. So if they start spewing their advice to you on how it would benefit you to spend a little more to fix a problem.....run... then get a second opinion, because they'll charge you whether they fix it or not.
