We have bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances at Percy's over the years, as their sales staff is knowledgable and helpful and they have hi quality merchandise. We have bought refridge, oven, micro, HDTV, dryer, dishawasher there.\r

We recently purchased a blue ray player that unfortunately was not compatible with our wireless. So we decided to exchange it for the other brand that percy's sold. We were told that if this player was not compatible, we could not return it. That it was not their fault it wasn't compatible (thats like a store not allowing you to return a shirt that doesn't fit, then claiming its not their fault your body isn't compatible!). We decided not to purchase the second blue ray. When we attempted to return the $100 cable that we bought for the original blue ray, they would not take it back. Instead only offering us 50% return on the item. Furthermore, they were rude to my husband and the customer service rep was snippy. Even though they were well aware of our long standing loyalty as customers, they said they ""don't care"" if we don't shop there anymore, they were not going to give us full exchange/return on our merchandise.\r

I say good riddance to them. I will NEVER shop there again, nor recommend anyone there again. In fact, I will go out of my way to make sure that I spread the word about how rude and ridiculous they are.
