Went into Security Mall Penn Optical to pick up new glasses. Do all patients get their glasses pushed over the counter at them? no trying on ...no adjustments ...no testing to see if the glasses were ok ... no thank you.. nothing just a push of the glasses then she walked away to the back..very bad customer service...I felt sorry for my son. This was his first pair of glasses and he may be 18 but I could tell his feelings were hurt.
