I first went to Dr. Hindocha for some pain in my left leg, after a thorough assessment and the first adjustment I felt a difference. He was able to identify the root of my problem and treated it extremely effectively. His office was very convenient, quiet and very well equipped. I was in an accident a few months ago, in unbearable pain and could not find a doctor to see me. I found Dr Hindocha online, ever leery of seeing a chiropractor as I did not understand exactly how they can fix you. When I found Peninsula Spine & Sports Rehabilitation, I called and they made an appointment for me right away. I went in and immediately liked everyone in the office. He clearly communicates what is wrong with you and what he can do to fix you. He really cares about fixing you too. I was in so much pain; I didn’t think I could be fixed. It has only been a little over 2 months and the improvement I feel is unbelievable. My boyfriend was way worse off than me and his improvements are off the charts. I am a changed person. I've had low back pain for over 10 years. I've tried everything from pills, physical therapy and spine injections. I didn't want surgery and I Orthopedist didn't recommend it. He referred me to Dr. Hindocha and told me many of his patients have had success from his treatments. My first impression was that he was extremely professional, thorough and very knowledgeable about my problem. I decided that since I've tried everything I have nothing to lose. I started to feel better after each treatment. When my condition improved about 50% and I felt that things were going the right way, Dr. Hindocha taught me some core back exercises designed to strengthen my muscles and take pressure off my spine. Overall, I improved about 90-95%. I still continue my back exercises and haven't see Dr. Hindocha in quite some time. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone with back problems. more

Good: Great location. Modern clinic. Amazing receptionist. Doctor had a great attitude. He shares his clinic with Medical Specialists. Medical building had lab, X-ray and MRI which made it very convenient for me.. Other: I really have to say I had a great experience here. Back pain for several years. Back felt better after taking meds, but the problem never really went away. I saw Dr. Hindocha and he spent a good amount of time finding out what was wrong with me. Ordered x-rays, which he said didn't look bad at all. A few weeks of therapy, pain was 90% gone. Taught me some exercises and I have to say, I'm back to my old self. Highly recommend Dr. Hindocha if you suffer from back pain.. more
