Strike one.
This was our first(and only) visit. We ordered swordfish and halibut. Being new we didn't realize different
marinades were offered- in the menu. Counter help did not ask if we wanted a marinade.
Strike two.
While we were orderering a customer was asking about her to go order made 25 minutes ago. 2 counter
help tweens stated in unison, " Oh, we called your name."
Strike three.
Fish was overcooked-normally at this point it would be sent back. How does a fish market/restaurant not know how to cook fish?
Stike four.
We had ordered bread with the clam chowder. Did not get it. When server came BACK I requested bread again. She forgets and gets a soda for herself. Go the the counter and request bread from another tween.
She tells kitchen so I go back and wait. Still no bread. I go back and get a refund, but get this- I WASN'T REFUNDED THE TAX.
So in closing I would like to say it is most unfortunate that sites like this cannot keep employees/business owners from posting bogus reviews.
Pros: bogus reviews
Cons: service, portions, quality of cooking, etc.
