Front Desk Staff is NOT friendly. I consider someone to be friendly when they are pleasant to deal with , smile, and greet you with a smile. Being nice to my children would be nice too. The Bartlett office does none of these things. I find them snippy and even catty talking amongst each other and doing the minimum to be helpful or friendly. Trying to get a smile out of them is immpossible even when I smile first. \r
For me even if the doctor is good it leaves me with a bad taste when the front desk staff is not friendly because it makes me uncomfortable. Pediatrics East would be wise to get rid of the nasty ones and get some better people to take care of their patients. Also one of the nurses was really mean to my son when he didn't want a shot. I mean, what child WANTS to get a shot. I thought she was out of line and bad with children. Another time she scolded me because we were 10 minutes late for our appointment and she had the nerve to tell us she was trying to go to lunch but couldn't because of ""us"" How rude! The doctor is NEVER on time for us and we usually wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor so I don't think 10 minutes is going to hurt them.
Pros: weekend hours
Cons: rude unfriendly front desk staff and one mean nurse
