Pediatric & Adolescent Healthcare PC

While there has been a bit of turnover as far as Dr's go we have stayed with this practice because they are genuinely concerned about the well being of the children. The clientele is rough around the edges, many are single moms on welfare. All that aside I love this Dr's office. They have Saturday and Sunday hours even on holidays. They saw my daughter on Easter morning for an ear infection. The office staff is great, they are sweet and remember my kids names. We're very pleased with them. more

We started using this Pediatrician's office after a great consultation. We used them for about a month and that was a month too much. The waiting room is set up with a well area and a sick area, but it's basically one big room with a small hall in between (no doors to separate the two areas). The physician we used had a problem speaking to me and making eye contact which I thought was odd and after hearing someone in the waiting room using serious profanity to their five year old...we decided this was not the practice for us...not the drs fault, but the staff didn't say a word to them !! We also had to diagnose a problem ourself since the dr was stumped...it was a pretty easy answer that I found on WebMD ! PROS: Always got apts right away CONS: Practice seems young and unorganized/ Waiting area not separated well/sick more
