Unfortunately although I regard most of the doctors and staff highly I have to state that the office policies are ridiculous and business manager Gill rude and unhelpful - after leaving the area for a short amount of time and returning I find that I have a small bill outstanding which I was totally unaware of, having offered to pay this small amount I was told that my 3 children would no longer be able to stay at this office that they had been at for 9 yrs, I was shocked to say the least, if hundreds of $ had been outstanding I could understand, having tried to explain to the rude business manager that I had not received any bills she was not willing to discuss at all - I would not recommend this pedeatricians office on the premise of their rude managers and ridiculous nonsensicle office policies, I feel that its all about $ and after delivering your children and the constant doctors visits in the early years as they become older they are not as interested in maintaining the same standards in terms of communication - a very bad and unprofessional experience in all, there are much better pediatric offices around. more

The many nurse practioners on staff are incredibly knowledgeable, making it hardly necessary to see the doctor except for sick visits and the like. Even so, the doctors are indeed available when you request them. NPs Joan and Hillary are both superb, and have a knack for calming down even newborn babies, and making everyone feel comfortable. Initially I was concerned that our regularly seen person was a NP, not an MD, but two years later we continue going and are thrilled with the facility. more

The pediatric center has many doctors and nurse practitioners in their office and you are free to choose from among them for your pediatrician. You can also visit a different person on each visit in order to make a decision. They offer a pre natal tour of the place where expecting parents come and see the office and get their queries answered. They have emergency walk ins from 8 to 9 in the mornings and are also open on Saturdays. The office is welcoming and the staff is trained and helpful. You can also reach a doctor over the phone during office hours or leave a message at other times and someone will get back to you. more
