Great experience via email, phone and in-person. Mike wasn't available when we got there but Randy did an excellent job of taking care of us and the hand-off to Mike was seamless. Finance guy talked us into some add-ons but did so in a professional and no-pressure manner. I hope to be able to buy a Ford Flex CPO in the near future and Pearson will get the first shot at my business. more

I took delivery on my tenth vehicle this week and could not be happier with the whole experience. On those rare occasions that we have needed service Scott Krouse has been excellent. Our sales experience with Donna Monday and Bill Sawyers has been simply outstanding. Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to make it happen -- every vehicle, every time! more

Good overall experience, and would recommend to anyone. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the time it took to complete the transaction. If I walk into a dealership, ready to buy (i.e., the car picked out, the price negotiated, and financing in place), there is just no reason for it to take three hours to drive off the lot. The point is admittedly minor, but to maximize the experience (for me), I'd like to get that duration down to under an hour. more

Scott Krause role modeled customer service. He did exactly what I asked for, met the deadlines he committed to, was very thorough in his explanations, and provided an emailed plan of action for me to review prior to my agreeing to have my 2000 Ford Expedition suspension repaired. I picked them because Google Reviews had them rated highly-they definitely met and exceeded that rating and my expectations. more
