Worst Customer Service 8/12/2008

My first Pearl Vision experience was at the store on Staples Mill. I told them what my needs were including my flying hobby and in need of good peripheral vision while flying. The glasses they suggested were horrible. Finally after a great deal of hassle I got my money back. Then I went to Pearl Vision on Midlothian tpk. My experience was horrible there as well. Not enough characters allowed here to tell you all the gory details. I now just live with the pitful glasses that I paid $600 for. Their ad of Satisfaction Guaranteed or money back is BS. What you get is an attitude that for most ( me ) is intimidating and I gave up. They back on that. Did have to buy another pair I use when flying at For Eyes -nice store , good service. Pros: Silhouttes were very attractive frames Cons: bad neighborhood, terrible customer service , inadequate product, very expensive more

WRONG! Pros: some clerks are ok, ok selection Cons: bad quality, clerks don't ensure quality, grungy store, may overcharge more
