I purchased a wheel from Pearl Road and drove the whole way from Mansfield, OH. After paying to have my tire mounted and balanced on it, I discovered that the wheel they gave me was the wrong thing. I got the run-around (spoke with different people every time I called all who claimed nobody there know what I was talking about) when I called trying to get the right wheel and they finally told me they didn't have it. Leaving me with a car with 3 wheels, no way to get to work and no 4th wheel. For a refund, they want me to drive the whole way back up to Cleveland with their bad wheel (it would cost almost as much in gas as the wheel cost!). Now I have a car with 3 wheels, no way to get to work tomorrow and I've had to order a wheel to be shipped from another parts yard. Cons: Not willing to help out if they make a mistake. more
