This place has to be the worst place in buffalo to live, It is cockroach and mice infested. The showroom apartments are kept really clean but as soon as they are rented out the bugs will come out. This facility is not smoke free, people even smoke illegal drugs without punishment inside there apartments. No respect for other tenants. Let this be a warning, please look elsewhere. more

Renting from ken pierri owner of the peace bridge apts can only be described as a horrific experiance.The slumlords lease was filled with tons of fine print and can only be described shady Such as a re rental fee equal to one months rent if you dont stay a year.Five dollors per lite bulb $25 sft. for carpet damage. Dont sign anything and beware of his dirty tricks. P.S I took him to court and won! Cons: unconscionable leases more
