I have no idea why these people have bad reviews. Our experience was terrific! AWESOME! It's so refreshing to find an honest company with well-trained staff. Fixed our computer for peanuts and in the same day. I won't go anywhere else in the future. The big box companies all wanted to send the computer off for repairs. Not this company! They fixed it onsite. Very, very pleased. more

My husband took his computer ( a gift from me for our 25th anniversary) in to be repaired in June of 07. After weeks of them telling him the part was not in, he asked for his computer. They refused b/c the computer was not put together. He went back 3 days later, and the place was closed, locked up, nothing inside! we filed a report with the police, I researched and found the owner's address and phone number, his wife's company name, her phone numbers and emails, the owner of the shopping center. I left messaes on cell phones, answering machines, sent emails, but to no avail. Nothing was ever done. The police were of no help either. If you ever have any dealings with Richard Dammer or his wife Samantha Dammer, BEWARE! Pros: nothing Cons: The company and owner are CONS! more

This establishment lost my computer, tried to locate it, will not return calls, in essence stole my computer. I would rate it at less than 1 star if I could. Cons: they will steel your stuff more
