The management is terrible, although the location and the apartment looks attractive. I thought half of the reviews online were positive and I decided to give it a try. My experience tells me that if you have any other options, just AVOID this property. more

Don't come here UNSAFE and - The management company does not care about residents Several of us have complained about persistent problems with 3 school going children harassing and asking for donations. We have gone to the leasing office and complained. They just said that they cant do anything about the residents who are harassing other residents in the apartment complex. I am staying here for 5 years but definitely will not continue staying here. I will also not recommend anyone to come here. more

I have to agree with many of the people who have written reviews about this place. Don't move here. This is the worst place I have lived in where do I even begin? I've only been living here for a little while and there have already been problems. I'll start with the most disgusting... there is a big bug problem here. I don't know if the bugs are roachs or what but they look like them and it's so bad I got out of the shower last night, went to grab something and this roach looking bug was right on it. *cringes* I mean COME ON!!! This is the fourth one I've come across. Calling an exterminator asap! Then whenever the upstairs neighbors walk across their floor it's like a bleeping earthquake! My closet door rattles and the walls actually shake! So I'm woken up every morning bright and early by my neighbor rolling his/her desk chair across the floor. I won't even mention what happens late at night. It's sick! There have to be regulations that aren't being met with this place! It's unsafe. Next issue.... I moved in and the dishwasher was broken. Took about 2 weeks to get it fixed. Onto other things... the gutters are all clogged up above our buildings causing huge puddles outside aparment buildings... I feel bad for the 1st floor residents. The place is dirty and smells... a lot of dirt and food particles were left over from past residents. I'm just being honest... I haven't had problems with staff yet... I generally find them to be fairly friendly if you are friendly with them but these problems shouldn't exist in apartments where the rent starts over $900! Oh yeah who can forget the mold problem!! Yay, let's breath in mold spores all day long and get sick. *sarcasm* I can find a much better place for the price I pay and will definitely be moving out asap. more

Worst place to live. I can not say there was 1 good thing about living there. The rent was ridiculous for what you get. The pool is closed most of the year. Even when it is open, it's dirty and crowded. The tennis courts were awful. The nets were always hanging and they were never open. Most of the time it was people playing with their dogs who wouldn't even clean up after them. The 2 fitness centers were tiny and half the machines never worked. They should not even be consided a fitness center. Most of the people using the gyms did not even live there. The staff was very inconsiderate and not very helpful. I never knew if maintenance was gonna show up or if they showed up and acted like they fixed something. My fridge leaked the whole time I lived there. The bottom was always full of water. My showerhead was taped together so it wouldn't leak. The kitchen faucet leaked for the last half of the year I lived there. Beside that, I could go on for days about corners they cut in the building to save them money. By the end, the apartment fell apart. The snow caused a huge leak in my apartment. I lived in a floodplain. Half my bedroom and half my livingroom was soaked. For 1 month, they put fans and machines in it so you couldn't even hear yourself think. By the time they finally came to fully fix it, my apartment was like a supermarket with people coming in and out all day. They even woke me up one morning to fix my place. One night I came home to everything pilled on my bed. I could not live there for the last 2 months but they still wanted me to pay rent. The management is awful. They are not worried about the residents at all, just making money. I would never recommend anyone to live there or even have to walk through it. more

When I first moved in the place it smelled really bad. The place was not clean and the walls were not painted. I found a full page of things wrong with the place. From paint on the rug to broken fixtures to nasty stains in the cabnets. Thank God I put down tack paper. I also had to have the carpet cleaned....which the woman said were brand new. It cost me $130 to have them cleaned and when I told her about it and that maybe I could get refunded she looked at me like I had three heads. The AC is smelly and the ducts are not cleaned ever. The fireplaces too are very dirty and I am afraid that mine will cause a fire so we don't use it much. I also had a problem with my fridge. It took 2 tries for them to sort of fix it. It is still broken and I just don't complain anymore...it's not worth the aggravation. My lock had to be changed. When we first moved in someone with a key unlocked our door when we were not home. I would come home and the door would be unlocked. I put in an alarm so it would stop. It did after they saw the sticker. There is racial and sexual orientation tension here. It can be really noisey at times. The property is dirty when you get away from the area they show you when you go to look. The garbage compactors are gross. The place is falling apart from the painting outside to the outdated cabinets inside. There is no storage space and if you do get a carport people randomly park in your spot in the winter time. There are cars that wonder around the place at night at all times and look very suspicious. All of the staff are misplaced. If I knew of this site before I went into my lease I would have never gave this place a second thought. All of the other peoples opinions that I have read on this site are all true. Look out for Randy (I have nothing nice to say about the woman) that's as far as I will go with that. :-) Cons: The staff are rude, dirty apartments, poor security, alot of crime, expensive for what they offer. more
