WONDERFUL DEALER AND STAFF 11/9/2011

I have been going to Pauly Honda for past 12 years. I bought in 1999 and again in 2010. As with ANY dealer, if you go in prepared you will have a wonderful experience. This last purchase in 2010 was such a pleasant experience. As a ""return"" customer, I was treated with nothing but respect. Was given such a great deal for my trade in (no, not my1999 Honda but a 1998 Mercury) as well as a good price for the 2010. My 1999 still is in GREAT shape and condition. I have had only GREAT experiences in the service department as well and they do NOT try to sell you on things you don't need. Everyone has always been professional and friendly and quite accomodating. more
