Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Installed a floor for me, didn't finish the job, never called back to remedy the situation. Will never use this company again. BEWAR...

Good experience with Paulson's near Washington Square 4/24/2010

We went to Paulson's on Cascade Ave near Greenburg Road in Tigard to look at new vinyl flooring for our kitchen. The saleswoman there was very smart, showed us plenty of samples and explained everything. We took about 9 samples home to see how they looked. We settled on our favorite (Congoleum), and went back to the store to place our order. The saleswoman carefully explained the order, and had their estimator come to our house. He was very smart, and told us just what it would cost, and exactly what they needed to do. The installer team arrived on time a few days later, prepared the subsurface that day, and put down new vinyl the next day. Everyone was well-dressed, polite, and intelligent. It's a beautiful job and the cost was exactly what they estimated. My wife is so proud of her new kitchen floor! We highly recommend the Paulson's on Cascade Avenue in Tigard. We're going to check with them about more vinyl, and carpeting for our next home improvement projects. - Rob Powell in Beaverton Pros: nice job, done on time and on budget Cons: none more

Beware of lazy workers! 9/9/2009

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Installed a floor for me, didn't finish the job, never called back to remedy the situation. Will never use this company again. BEWARE. Pros: Great flooring Cons: Terrible customer service and follow up more

This place was great during our remodel. They helped us pick out some flooring and we were readyto go in no time. I really liked the staff and all their knowledge was priceless! more

Unsatisfactory customer service 1/7/2007

I was referred to Paulsones on Sandy. This was not a good experience. When I first walked in people were standing around the desk and quickly asked what I was doing their. I explain that I am looking for vinyl so they show me where their samples are and explain pricing. I find the vinyl of my dreams so they get me to take the sample home. At home we decide its perfect, so we make it back to the store early to make a large order. We are told it would be two hundred dollars more then they have posted; they fixed the mistake and made the order. The next day they call me (after I started painting my kitchen to match my waited flooring) they canceled my order. They explained it was not as easily available. I will keep trying to get the vinyl, but taking my business somewhere else more
