Kenmore HE4 Front Load Washer Repair. 10/10/2011

Our Kenmore HE4 front load washer began to make a very strange sound and would not drain. We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Paul was clear and direct. We made an appointment, arrived on time and the machine was fixed in short-order. The machine had a sock in water pump. Whirlpool Duet Washer Repair (90045). 10/9/2011

Our Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer was simply stuck with an F35 code. As a resident a Westchester (90045) we looked for a local business. We are quite pleased to review this outstanding appliance repair company. We called around a found that the pressure switch sensor had failed. It was simply a pleasure doing business with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Paul had a the part which was on back-order and had the machine fixed the same day. This is an exceptional company. Marina del Rey Washer Repair...exceptional service. 10/7/2011

As a resident of Marina del Rey it has not been easy to find an exception washer repair service. Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair has performed work at our home on two occasions. Kenmore Front Load Washer Repair (90066). 10/5/2011

I was impressed. I call the number and talked to David, the owner. By my description he told me exactly what the problem was. I said i needed it done now, and said he could only get here later in the day, and gave me advise when talking to others. After talking too a few phone center type people who knew nothing about washing machines, i called him back and he came out later in the day. Was $170 for a simple part and install, but i felt worth the honesty and good feelings. And I had an operable washing machine by 5pm. more

Exceptional Maytag Washer Repair In Beverly Hills. I have not written a review other than for sushi places here. I am going to take the time today to share my experience of a washer repair company. Not the most glorious job, but one David from Paul's Service clearly take pride in. We called the big company which could not be at our home till next Monday. We simply could not wait that long. Called and knew right away that these guys are good and honest. At our home on time. What I thought might be the end of our precious washer, as we can not afford a new one, was a switch, that was a relief. What we were quoted in labor from a a places was the total bill. LG Washer Repair Los Angeles: Great Service. 9/20/2011

I called Paul's for washing machine repair, and spoke to David who was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem over the phone. By asking me several pertinent questions, he was able to diagnose my problem (plumbing) and tell me that I'd need a plumber. He offered valuable advice, and I wish the problem HAD been the washing machine because I would trust Paul's to fix it. I really appreciated David's helpfulness even when he stood to make no money for counseling me over the phone. more

Washer and Dryer that one can understand. 9/16/2011

As a result of the positive reviews I contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair today. David answered the phone and it was clear that customer service was a priority. Taking his time to discuss the problem David provided an estimate based on his experience. The diagnosis was a faulty lid-switch, I had no idea what this is all I know is that I needed my machine to work. Arriving on-time the machine was working in short-order, I know what the lid-switch is. Our machine is working perfectly an our wallet is not too much lighter. more

Talked to David on the phone...and because they were swamped with business, he shared with me how to fix my washing machine...and save $! Where in the world do you find a business like that!! David is a TRUE extra mile guy...and you gotta' believe that this is the way this business operates all the time! An Exceptional Local Business. 4/8/2011

I agree with the reviews praising this exceptional family-owned business. I felt confident in calling Paul's Washer and Dryer repair. Our washer simply would not start all of sudden. I like some others contacted a large company, one-week, seven-days, before they could come out, called another company they wanted my credit card before number before coming over with a charge of $35.00. After speaking with Paul I knew that I had located a professional company that was concerned with our needs and focused on getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. Los Angeles is lucky to have Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Our Maytag washer simply died, so we thought, so we were told by another company. We had a bad feeling about the company, did some research and found Paul's Service. Our machine needed a simple adjustment and the machine is working perfectly. more

Front Load Washers and Rugs Dont Mix. 2/23/2011

Our Whirlpool front load washer was full of water, we called another company listed and was given a quote which was quiet high. We were told that the water pump had to be replaced. After doing some more research we found Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair, there exceptional customer service was evident from the very beginning. David took his time on the phone, the company that was at our home did not even open up the machine as we came to find that this is essential for diagnosis. We made an appointment, arriving time, we come to find that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the pump, rather there was a sock stuck in it. The repair cost of 1/2 of what the other company would have charged, the least we can do is spread the word about Paul's. Stone more

As a local resident of Los Angeles it is not easy to find a truly local family-owned and operated business. Paul's Washer and Dryer repair is such a business. We spent our time locating a business whom we could entrust. As landlords who we hire is a direct reflection to our tenants how we treat them. The reviews on Citysearch as well as other sites indicated that Paul's was the type of company that we were looking for. We called and spoke with David, Paul's Brother, asking some questions about insurance, license number, David provided as the pertinent details. We verified the information provided and called back. This company is 100% above board. Coordinating with our tenant Paul's Service arrived on-time,. was polite, clean and had exceptional communication skills. The machine unfortunately was beyond repair, but we are very pleased to write this review on their behalf. Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair is a company that reflects our values as business owner. A good reliable service company. 1/28/2011

Thanks to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair our Kenmore washer is once again functioning. The machine simply kept turning off, with visions that we would be soon replacing our machine, we made an appointment with them. Arriving within the time frame given, our machine was up and working in short-order. Who would have known that a baby-sock can get stuck in the water pump. Customer Service Matters. 1/24/2011

I would to compliment Paul's Washer and Dryer repair service for their dedication to getting the job right, this past Sunday, our dryer was not working, it simply stopped. David spent time on the phone, working through the diagnostic process, come to find out that the G.F.I. had been tripped. To my fellow Citysearch users Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair demonstrated yesterday, 1/17/11, that what is conveyed in these reviews is in fact accurate. We called Paul's based in large part of the positive reviews written about his company, needing our dryer up and running. As a large family we need our machine working, David took his time in speaking and assessing what could be wrong with our machine. The diagnosis given and the estimate was completely accurate. Working in a professional and timely manner our machine was working with 2-hours of calling. This is simply an exceptional family-owned and operated business that is needed in this day and age. more

Not easy to find a company like this. 1/17/2011

A good honest repair service for appliance is not easy to locate in this city. As a resident of West Hollywood we looked and a hard time understanding some of folks we called. Trying to be sensitive to the needs of others is a great practice, but sometime you did need to communicate with the repair company. We were pleased that we could communicated in a effective and clear manner with David, the co-owner, of Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Our Maytag Washer was simply not turning on, one it is was working perfectly the next day, nothing but trouble. David took took his time on the phone with us. A diagnosis was made and appointment was scheduled. Arriving on time the machine was repair for priced and in the time frame. We good not be more pleased with this exceptional service company.
