I agree with the reviews praising this exceptional family-owned business. I felt confident in calling Paul's Washer and Dryer repair. Our washer simply would not start all of sudden. I like some others contacted a large company, one-week, seven-days, before they could come out, called another company they wanted my credit card before number before coming over with a charge of $35.00.
After speaking with Paul I knew that I had located a professional company that was concerned with our needs and focused on getting the job done in a timely and professional manner.
We scheduled the service visit the next day.
The machine is up and running, we have clean clothes and feel that we paid a fair-price.
