This time (3rd appointment), I went in for a cut AND dye. We decided on a red demi permanent dye. It's awesome. Looks dark and professional in the office but the red is brilliant in the sun. awesomeee. more

Great shampoo and rince 10/1/2010

Great experience. Hard for a balding guy to say that about a trip to the salon, but it really was great. Great shampoo and rince. Great conversation from a very nice Future Professional (Loverly 2216). And an amazing cut and style. more

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR WHATSOEVER 9/3/2010

I have my birthday in less than two weeks and last night i paid $120 for hair color that is incomplete, definitely not the color that i want. They ackowledged that its not what i wanted also. To top it off, i was told to come back for a redo touch up to get the shade that i want but for an additional redo fee. The service was Horrid--my hairstylist was complaining about her day and how messy it is to do my hair, kept pulling my scalp and hair roughly, took 5 hours ( i was there from 5:30 to 10:30). THIEVES and what a SHAMEFUL EMBARRASSMENT for such a brand name. They insisted i pay full price for my hair color(even though its not the color i wanted and they ackowledged that its not the color). DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL --they are rude and dont care about your hair whatsoever. more

Lisa Beardsly 2297 cut my hair 8/10/2010

Everything was great! Lisa Beardsly 2297 cut my hair and it was her first cut. She seemed confident and was very pleasant to talk to. She also recommended some great products that I now use at home. She showed me how to style my hair and make me feel comfortable. Great experience overall and I will be back to see her again! more
