I 1st came in contact with Paul Kenneth Salon when my daughter, a model, did a photo shoot with them. Every staff member was very warm and welcoming. My daughter's haircut and color was amazing! She is new to modeling and the interest in her really took off. She booked two new jobs within the week. I was so impressed by Paul, Kat and Jen's talents, my mother and I made appointments to have our hair done - and we live two hours away! We were not disappointed and we both have more modern, edgier styles now. We were even welcomed with a large blackboard sign out front. Thank you, everyone, for making us feel so special. Now all three of us will return. more

Do you value customer service as much as I do? If so, prepare to be amazed as I was. First, the phone call to the salon was met with questions and concern about my needs. Who new... Next, I met Jennifer the stylist that they promised would deliver the goods. She met them all and then some. Be prepared to meet the whole salon and be treated like royalty. Me...well I have been back to Jennifer and now having my make up done. No worries here...because they are ""simply the best' enough said. more

I love the Paul Kenneth Salon. I've been going for years now to Nina. She always does an amazing job. I always feel so much more confident and beautiful when I leave. She always gives me the perfect cut and color. No other salon compares to the hospitality. Everyone here is great!! more

Paul Kenneth Salon is top notch. I was welcomed and treated extremely special from the minute I walked in the door for my first experience at the salon. Jennifer my stylist discussed all my options, listened and created an amazing style and color that fits my personality. I knew everything up front before we started our journey together. There was no guess work on the cost, time spent at the salon, and the process we would take for the end results. Everyone in the salon works as team. I was even honored to have Mr. Kenneth take time to participate in the experience. My only regret is that I wish I would have walked into this salon a year and a half ago when I moved to the area. This absolutely was the best experience I have had with a salon. more

I live in NYC and work for a large beauty company, so I have access to some of the best salons in the world. Yet, every 3 weeks I make the trip to Woburn, MA to have my hair done at Paul Kenneth Salon. Paul Kenneth does my cut and Amy does my color and, everywhere I go, people stop me to ask, ""Who does your hair?"". The staff is wonderful and the service is the best. I never have to wait and I am never left unattended. If Paul happens to be out of town, someone else does my cut and the results are still outstanding. Recently during a business trip to LA, I went to Beverly Hills to have my hair blown dry. The hairdresser commented that it was a joy to work on such a beautiful haircut. It just doesn't get any better than that!!! more

I drive an hour to go to this salon, why? Because Kat my stylist is the best! I have found someone who is creative, when I say I am not sure what I want and give her creative license, she does a wonderful job, never goes over board. The entire Staff is so amiable it is so refreshing to walk in, see a smiling face, who makes you feel welcome. Paul and Jackie both will engage you in conversation should you be sitting in the waiting area with you .. Such a wonderful place with wonderful people, worth my hour drive :) more

Kat has been doing my hair for a while now, and I love going to her! I usually go way too long between hair cuts etc, so by the time I go see her I'm hating my hair. I always leave loving my hair and the experience. I highly recommend! more
