Stick to BBQ, steaks, chicken but don't expect to love it--basic flavors. Avoid fried calamari--tepid and greasy. The "famous salad bar" is pretty basic too, with lettuce, raw veggies, fake bacon bits, etc. but the breads are good. Mexican ingredients come from a jar/not made on site(salsa, guac, tortillas), same with the marinara sauce. They have fish and pasta choices too (didn't try them). Prices are on the high side $15-20 for entrees, but this reflects fairly large portions. Good beer (Bass on tap for $12/pitcher) and affordable wine. The lodge atmosphere is the best part--if you like stuffed bear, deer, moose, etc. Wait staff is not great, college students mainly.
