It's my daughters birthday and she tell me the first thing that i want you to do when we get to the skate rink tell the dj it's my birthday. i asked the man in the booth if he could and i was told no. my daughters feelings were so hurt. she came and sat down by me and started crying asking why not? My child was tourn apart. It's like her spirits were gone/ stolen from her. she ask me after being there for about 30 minutes what happen and i told her what I was told she never once made an attempt to get back out on the floor to skate. I asked her was she ok and she replied that's not fair they told keyisha happy birthday when we was here last time for a birthday party. I had to explain that pretty much in order for these people to tell you happy birthday YOU MUST BUY A BIRTHDAY PACKAGE FROM THEM TO GET PUT IN A LIL TINY ROOM AND HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR SERVICE! After seeing these other post I thought that this would be very helpful to any family who wants to enjoy birthday time with your pattison's west skating rink is not the place to take your kid on their birthday ONLY IF YOU HAVE A PAID BIRTHDAY PACKAGE. more

FIRST OFF AT THIS POINT I DON'T EVEN THINK THAT THEY DESERVE 1 STAR WITH UNDERSTANDING MY SITUATION THAT I SEEN FIRST HAND. WOW!!!! NOT SO GOOD!!!! I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER TO THIS SKATING RINK TO ENJOY HERSELF FOR HER BIRTHDAY. ""JUST THE TWO OF US"" I ASKED THE DJ IF HE COULD OVER THE LOUD SPEAKER TELL HER HAPPY BIRTHDAY, IN RETURN I WAS TOLD NO!!!! WOW????? I SPEND MY MONEY WITH YOU AND I AM AN ADULT AND YOU TELL ME NO REASONS 1) THEY DON'T DO BIRTHDAY SHOT OUTS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. 2) KIDS LIE TO THE DJ AND TELL THEM THAT IT'S SOMEONE'S BIRTHDAY BUT IT'S REALLY NOT. MY THINKING NOW. 1)IF I HAD BOUGHT A BIRTHDAY PACKAGE NO MATTER WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK IT IS THEY WOULD HAVE GAVE HER A BIRTHDAY SHOT!!!!!!!!! 2) I AM AN ADULT SO WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO LIE ABOUT. IT'S MY DAUGHTER BIRTHDAY I WAS ONE OF THE WORLD'S MOST MADEST DAD IF LOOKS COULD KILL THEM PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE. I EVEN ASKED IF I COULD PAY FOR A BIRTHDAY SHOT OUT AND WAS TOLD NO WOW.
