After driving from baton rouge to visit a place I thought was friendly, it took the hostess maybe 5 minutes to realize my wife and I were waiting to be seated. When she finally seated us, there was one black couple sitting in the corner and she sat us on the side of them ""I'm black too"" so I felt like they were trying to seat us together. Next came a person wiping off tables with some dirty cups of water and our menu. He sat them down and after sitting there for at least 45 mins, at least 45 minutes with no one even telling us anything my wife and I got up and left and went down the street to Landry's and received excellent food and service. So Screw you Pats, I hope no one ever spend another penny here!!! more

Acadiana tour with in-laws, who had old, + memories. Dashed. Turtle soup, well seasoned gruel, 2*. Other dishes, 2*. Redfish with potatoes and asparagus, 3*, bread pudding 3*. Overall, 2*. Warm, good service, weak food. Maybe it's all about the fried food? More into that a few decades ago. Do it myself now. more

We went at lunch on a Thursday after a swamp boat tour along with at least 45 other people and there were also other patrons at the restaurant. Our waitress was an older lady who didn't know her head from a hole in the ground. We placed our order and a while later we were served gumbo, which was one of the better things included in our Seafood Platter (we ordered the exact same thing). Our waitress then brought me a salad and not my husband, and when asked why only 1 she said I ordered salad and he did not and that they were $2.95. I politely told her that I did not order a salad so she just proceeded to see if anyone else had ordered one at the other tables. Our entree was brought out and mine had a frog leg and husband didn't, the crab cake was rubbery, the catfish were very small and overfried. We had also ordered onion rings and to our surprise we see our dingy waitress walking outside seeing if anyone had ordered them. When she turned to come back in we signaled to her that they were for us. They were bland and luke warm by the time she finally got them to us. All in all the best thing was the gumbo and they rest had very little or no seasoning, not even salt and pepper. If they have the same wait staff on a busy Fri. or Sat. night they are in a lot of hot water. more

What a joke. First of all, the prices are outrageous. I ordered a bowl of Crawfish Bisque as my entree, $15.95. I was expecting to have some to bring home as I do not have a huge appetite, especially for the price. The portion was small....if it would have cost $8.95 it would have been reasonable but the charge was double. My bill was $19.30 and all I got was a coke and a so called "" bowl"" of bisque, which, by the way was greasy and didn't taste well. It barely made it to ""OK"". Save your money, folks.....Can u say Tourist Trap????? 1/2 star....and only b/c of the atmosphere........ Sucked........................never again....... Pros: atmosphere more

Pat's has the best seafood in town. Everything is prepared fresh everyday!! The best thing about Pat's, is all the crawfish dinners served are real louisiana crawfish. Pat's has there own crawfish peeling plant and that makes them #1 in my book!! yummy :) Pros: the real cajun food Cons: ... more

I think it is very unethical that you do not provide more info on your weak web site as I invited 12 guests in 6 coaches to dry camp on your lot across from the restaurant/club and have dinner at your establishment on the 8th of August when I saw Nic L beer band was playing. I am glad I decided to call to check on room rates for the rest of the people coming and those rates were very reasonable. I figured that Breaux bridge whatever was the backup band, please provide more info on your site. I am ashamed to have people headed this way and have to turn them around because you did not say anything about your $100.00 dollar tickets. I have nothing against a fund raiser such as this. It makes us look pretty bad as Cajuns to misinform people and HOOK them, as I see this. I travel all over the U.S. and do what I can to promote tourism to our part of the state. I have been to Pats many a time and paid mostly cash there and had a great time and have advertised Pats on my travels but the boat is starting to sink! The 8th was to be a birthday party, Cajun stile, it still will be but not at pats. more

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I'll will do my best to make sure everyone I know, doesn't ever spend a dime at this place more
