I've had occasion to use Pat's a couple of times; and one of my relatives has. Their work and service have always been first-rate, and I would not consider taking my car anywhere else. Someone ran into me today (Aug. 28, 2012), and I'm heading for Pat's this afternoon. more

Disregard the two posts below, because those accusations are completely fictitious. I have gone to Pat's on two occasions; one to repair the bumper on my Mazda Miata after a fender bender and another to repair pretty much the entire front of my son's Chevy Camaro after he had an accident. On both occasions the staff at Pat's did a phenomenal job in regards to quality of the repair and the time it took to do the repairs. Not only did they repair my Miata, but I also asked for them to recover my seats and they did a fantastic job on that project as well. These people are respectable and hard working individuals who get the job done right. I honestly can't say enough good things about Pat's Body Shop and I will recommend their services to any person who is looking for work done on their vehicle. more

I took my car up there to have body work done to it not only was they rude to me but the work done to my car was terrible. The car dealer I brought it from was very upset with the work done to the car and so was my parents.When I took it back they basically tells me in so many words that they are unable to do their job because it had been in a previous accident,which had nothing to do with the messy work they had done to my car.And had the carfax pulled just to show that it had not been in an previous accident.I was also threatened by the wife husband who also works there.My overall experience was terrible.I wish anyone who goes to them luck! I took my Corvette there for a front fender repair. The repair they did was sloppy. You can see the seams and the glue used to glue the panels. The paint job has every defect and they even acknowledge that fact. They tried to blame me saying it was something I used on the tires that would not allow the paint to stick. I had paint popping of before I got the car home, but they told me they had enough trouble getting the paint on the car and they didn?t want to see it again. After talking with other paint shops and Corvette repair shops I have found out what a bad reputation Pat? Body shop has. They prey on first time customers that aren?t aware of their poor work and non commitment to stand behind it. Cons: The job they did was really bad, the time they took was way to long, they won't stand behind their work. more
