Corey took care of us when we were looking for a new car. This was the first time my husband and I were ever purchasing a car since both of our previous vehicles were gifts from our family members from high school. I didn't realize how much a car salesman could make a difference in the purchasing process until I visited another dealership. Patriot Subaru was so relaxed and easy to work with. I never felt pressured into buying a car, even with it being the last day of the month. My husband was very set on the amount he wanted to pay and Corey was able to find just the car we were looking for for and it was perfectly in our price range. Corey was professional, laid back, and easy to get along with. Everyone we met at Patriot was warm and friendly. We were glad to make the sale with Patriot and are sure to return the next time we need a vehicle! more

When I bring my car in for service, I know from experience that the work will be very well done. Employees with whom I have contact explain everything very well and are very helpful. The new waiting room is a very nice and welcoming area. more

We are met promptly by the service rep. Our car is then taken while we go wait in the waiting room which has been updated since our last visit. Good improvement. Were told that the car would take about 1 3/4 hours to be serviced and it was ready right on time. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. Even tho' you know your pockets will weigh less when you leave it is done in a friendly, pleasant way. Scott Bean was a pleasure to have as the service rep. more

I needed to get my flat tire checked. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. I arrived an hour early and the service representative took my car in for service right away. more

Paul hall went above and beyond my expectations. I was shocked when he called before servicing our old lady, to tell me the extensive work it needed. I took some time mulling our options over, trade it in and get next to nothing for it, don't repair it and see how long she goes, or repair the vehicle. I admit I called a few other shops to get an estimate of their price on the job, none came in any cheaper. So I called Paul back and asked him what he would. Ultimately he reminded me that she was worth it. He also made my decision to have the work done a bit easier by giving us a 10% discount. Which isn't a huge amount but when you are talking thousands of dollars 10% adds up. And I appreciated it so much that as soon as he offered it I asked him to do the work. The vehicle was finished in an unbelievably quick amount of time. Much appreciated for a family that depends on their vehicle. Also the next day we noticed a sound that prompted me to call Paul back and discuss. We brought her back as requested. And he made this miniscule inconvenience to us very rewarding. No charge. Thanks again Paul you made our experience awesome and we will recommend patriot Subaru to everyone lucky enough to own one of their beauties!!!!!!! more

I bought my Forester new in 2005 from Patriot Subaru and have had it serviced there regularly since then. I love the car, and they have taken good care of it all these years. The service team is professional and courteous, and the service is prompt, fairly priced, and always completed on time without ever any problems. There are never any surprises or pressure, and they've never even tried to offer to do any maintenance or service that is not truly needed. Before becoming a customer of Patriot Subaru I never trusted car dealerships, but their dealership and service is honest, fair, professional and without any hassles or pressure. Thank you for taking good care of my car these past 9 years and I look forward to driving the same car for another 10 years or more. more
