Always feels like a mini-vacation at Patrick's. The atmosphere is soothing the minute you enter. Rooms are cozy and clean.The relaxation area with hot herbal tea and cold lemon water is so nice(love the sofa's). I always allow myself an extra 15 minutes to chill before my services. more

Hands-down the best place to get a haircut in the Buford Mall area. Very relaxing - great ambiance, nice people, great head massage. Nice products that smell great and are natural. Good stylists - very friendly and I've never had a bad haircut. Definitely worth the \r money. more

First time here -- came in with washed out coloring and hair that was really overdue for a cut . The stylist fixed everything that was wrong (and it was bad) and her coloring mix was spot on. She is a great listener and also is confident in her knowledge . Her expertise extends to how a cut should work with your face shape .??It's always scary trying a new salon or stylist, but one of the things I like about this salon is that each stylist is also a colorist. Can't wait to go back!!!\r \r I recently visited this place for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me a magazine to read and a glass of water or coffee. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in and the massage therapist took me into my appointment very promptly. The atmosphere is very serene and beautiful and the massage was very relaxing. The staff is true professional and very welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend this Day Spa to anyone! You won't be disappointed. more

I am getting married in a few weeks and wanted to go back to blonde after I had dyed my hair a permanent brown. Rosie Axtman was my stylist and she did a very good job! My hair is now a pretty blonde which was hard to accomplish with the existing red undertones I had due to my warm brown hair. She was also very quick! more

The owners and staff are so friendly, and EXTREMELY professional. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the salon, as well as the tools they use. The staff is patient, and efficient. First of all, I do not have a complaint with any of the people offering services at Patrick's. My complaint is with the ownership. I have had several gift certificates from Patrick's of Atlanta over the last few years and have received a few wonderful massages. After not going for quite a while, I tried to use another one of my gift certificates and the owner said they will NOT honor my gift certificates that clearly state ""NO expiration date"". He said they have changed ownership and that they now only issue gift certificates that expire within a year. He also stated that they just acquired the assets from the old company and not the debt and the gift certificates are considered debt. When I asked why they continued to send me email updates, but never mentioned the new policy he did NOT have an answer. If I had been informed, I would have made time to use the gift certificate right away. They still operate under the same name and use the same database for clientele. Instead of making sure that he kept a satisfied customer that would continue to refer others, he was more concerned with the fact that I waited to use the certificates. I had no reason to be in a hurry since they stated on the certificate that they do not expire. I told him that I think it is just poor customer service not to honor these and I mentioned that I was planning to contact the Better Business Bureau. He replied that I WOULDN'T be the first to file a complaint on him. Hmmm, I really don't think that was the best thing for him to say. Not a lot of confidence in the ""new"" owners business practices!!! more

I happen to come across this Spa by accident and was curious. I entered and was greated by the frontdesk girl, who was very personable and attentive. She informed me of the services, packages and pricing, as she offered me something to drink and snack on. By this time, I was impressed. I decided then and there, it was time for me to get pampered. I purchased a package consisting of a massage, facial and mani and the transformation began. Each therapist that attended me was more loving, caring and informative than the 1st. I felt like I was on top of the world. Once I was done with the pampering, I relaxed on the comfy sofa as I absorbed the ambiance for a little while longer. THIS IS DEFINITELY WHAT A LITTLE PLACE IN HEAVEN MUST FEEL LIKE. more

My husband and I went to Patrick's of Atlanta for a couple's massage, manicure and pedicure for our first anniversary. Let me start by saying KUDOS to Wendy and Heather. The massages we received from the two of them were wonderful and very invigorating. I would definitely recommend the two of them to anyone needing or wanting a GREAT massage. The money we spent on this part of our day at the spa was well worth it. On the other hand, as far as our manicures and pedicures were concerned, we expected a whole lot more for the money we paid, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. If you go here for this particular service do not let them schedule you with Sandra. Firstly, we felt that she was rushing because she had to do both of us by herself, so we didn't get that one on one pampered attention that we expected to get for the money we paid. Secondly, she did not clean up the cuticles very well on our hands and feet, nor did she clean under my husband's nail bed very well. We were very disappointed with the way our nails looked. Thirdly, she did not get all the dead skin off the heel of my husband's feet. When he took his shoes off later that night, his feet were still very dry and rough feeling. Lastly, you know how you would normally get a leg and foot massage with a deluxe manicure and pedicure, massage, what massage? She did it so quick, we missed it. We did not want to complain and get upset about it and ruin the rest of our day. After all it was our anniversary. The manicures and pedicures that you get at the regular nail salons are 110% better and a lot less expensive than what we got with Sandra. We were really looking to be wowed! I 've been a client for many years and I cannot complain about anything at all. Everyone at Patricks does a great job. The staff is friendly and very professional. I've seen several hair stylists and they all did a great job on my hair. I've had the best massages ever at this Spa and I will not go anywhere else. So If you're looking for a great place to relax...I'm the first person to recommend this place! more

I have been going to Patricks for several months now. The second time my hair was colored to what was suppose to be a rich brown, it came out black. I called my colorist and Patricks that day when I got home to ask her if I could come back in to have some of the black taken out, she never called me back, SO, I decided to give her another chance , since then, things have been fine. But last week, I went in to have my somewaht grey roots colored and some hilites refreshed around my face. When I got home, I looked in my mirror and noticed she barely covered the gray at all, looks like I did not even have it done, and the hilite was brassy. I called and left a message for Rosie to call me back, hoping I could just go in and it would be an easy fix. Well, I left two messages and never got a return call. So with that being said, I will now begin to look for a salon that cares and wants thier clients to good and be happy(especially for $148.00, not including the tip) I guess keeping steady clients means nothing to her. more

I finally know what it means to have a good hair day! I couldn't be happier to finally have found a great hairstylist/colorist. After getting a cut and highlights with Rosie I began to wonder how I tolerated going back over and over again to other salons to get a subpar cut until they were able to 'get to know my hair' and eventually give a decent color/cut. Rosie gave me the best haircut of my life, no exaggerating, and on my first meeting with her. She also talked me into the $50 Brazilian hair treatment to keep my fine hair frizz free and sleek for a month and I couldn't be happier. It's a miracle treatment! Anyone who has fine or wavy hair and loves the blow out look but only can get it at the salon - this treatment is for you. Everyday is a good hair day. And everyday since I had the treatment (2 weeks + so far) I wish I had known about it years ago! I highly recommend Patricks, and especially Rosie for hair. Five Stars! more

Scott does a great job on my hair and the front desk staff is very kind and courteous! The only problem I had was when Scott was cutting my hair, the sun is so blinding that I had to ask him to remove my cape because I was getting baked. They really need to get the windows tinted or something, because that is miserable! Its also kinda blinding at the front desk when you are trying to checkout and stuff....but this is just a small thing. I have been going to Patrick's for over a year now. Started at the Lawrenceville location then moved to the new one in Buford. I go for three reasons: facials, hair color & cut and massages. I see April for my deep tissue massage and have recently switched from every 3 months to monthly. I work a very physical job that leaves me all knotted up but after a visit with April I feel like a new woman! I am limber, my neck and back are no longer sore and I am renewed for starting my job again! Rosie is the one to see for an excellent job on your hair. She has done wonders for me. Each time she adds color or does a cut everyone compliments me on how good I look. When I could no longer have permanent color due to allergies she was the only one I found who worked me on using non-permanent color but still making my hair look very natural. She has been a life saver for this old woman. My visits with Tuchae are not often enough! A facial with her is divine! She always pampers my face and leaves me feeling refreshed and beautiful. My eyebrows are always neatly done and I love, love, love the mask! All the other people who work at Patrick's are very polite, always saying hello and good-bye, always offering me something to drink and taking very good care of me at the front desk. I have taken my youngest daughter for a facial and she loved it! Thinking of getting her another one for her birthday! Patricks of Atlanta is the spa to go to. I am very satisfied.
