I just moved to this area and have been searching for a place to have my hair done. I found Patricks of Atlanta and it was an elegant, upscale environment. My hair stylist Rosie was very professional and informative. We talked about my hair color and face shape, and she designed what was best for me. The results were an amazing transformation. People commented on my hair all day. I will be back again. Pros: Very knowledgeable and professional. more

staff is so unprofessional and the management is worse. servies are way overpriced for the level of experience these people have. dont buy gift cards here its a JOKE!!! if you end up going and have a bad service dont expect them to care of try and make it right. Wonderful Experience 9/15/2008

Visited the salon on 09/11/08 for a hair cut. Greeted by a friendly staff and taken right away for my scheduled appointment. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I got my haircut by Moe. He took the time to find out what I wanted and he delivered! By the way the shampoo and conditioners they use are great. more

My awful experience was at Patricks in Lawrenceville. I was assured by the person who made the appt that Moe was a ""master haircutter"". My haircut was like a cut you would from a student at a cosmetology school. It turned out like a mullet!!! There were only 2 other people getting there hair cut in the salon besides me and they were both in their 70's or 80's. He doesn't know the techniques to be called a ""master haircutter"" It was too expensive for the cut I got. And it wasn't clean at all. Do use Moe! more

I went to get my haircut at Patricks on a suggestion from a friend. I was very pleased to get Moe as my stylist. After letting him know about all my hair issues, he suggested I go shorter with my cut, so I let him do his thing. I'm so glad I let him do what he does best. He gave me the best haircut I think I have ever had!! I went out the next weekend with some of my friends and they all kept telling me how good my hair looked. Moe did a great job and I will be back to sse him. I highly recommended him to all my friends. Great job Moe!!!!! Pros: Great Stylist, Nice salon, nice staff. Cons: None, close to my house and convenient and not overpriced!! more

BEWARE OF EXTRA CREDIT CARD CHARGES 7/11/2008

I have never been so disappointed in a salon as i have been with this one! I got married in January/08 and the whole time my hair was being done the hairdresser complained of how much hair i had. I had 4 people there with me. They require a credit card number for a reservation. I paid for 3 of the people, which when i asked how much it was they told me $200.00 however when my husband and i looked at our credit card Patricks decided to go ahead and charge another $140 they said that i didn't pay for the 2 other people and that they needed payment! more

Excellent Spa, Fantastic Customer Service! 7/6/2008

I have been to the Lawrenceville and Buford locations. They are both exceptional spas. I have had facials, massages, pedicures and hair services. When I did encounter a customer service issue, I dealt with Jennifer (Manager) and she offered to repeat my services at no charge. She was fantastic and she makes sure that Patrick's Customers are a priority. Cherry is fantastic for massages, Tucha (spelling is probably wrong) for facials, Megan and Kristen for hair services and all of their nail technicians are awesome. This place is what a spa is all about!!!!! The atmosphere is incredible. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great skin care lines. Truely a DaySpa & Salon. The hair salon was extremly busy, many nice styles comingoutof there. Finally we don't have togo to Buckhead. Pros: Great Relaxation, Great Staff, Great Location Cons: None, None more
