Any dentist office can have a great staff that is nice, courteous, friendly, helpful, and an average office atmosphere. Your staff is all that and more but the main thing for me is the devotion for your office to stay up to date with technology. The expensive upgrades to the office, that lead to a faster, better, and more cost effective result for MEEEEEEE. The website, the outlook reminders, the phone call reminders, the email reminders, the text reminders. The follow up calls to check on me. Everything I see and use are examples of how well I am taken care of in your office. The dental care alone would keep me there. I never feel any pain like I use to deal with at OTHER dental offices. I NEVER feel like I am trying to be sold something I don't need. ALL POSITIVE RESULTS. I can not think of anything bad to write.... except Lilian Miller is too crowded? Thx for the excellent service you have taught, shown, and given to me at reasonable price... Thx Dr. Ruehle. Shout out to TK!!!!! more

The last time I was in I had come into contact with poisen sumac, had been to the doctor for the steroids and was treated by your young assistants as if I were a leper. Was texted same day with a reminder about appt. That was good because I had forgotten about it so really liked that new aspect of the deal. Would like to have online access to my billing statement so that I could check to see how much insurance is paying, what I owe, wife owes, balance if any. What I don't like is not receiving a bill when there is a balance. With two insurance companies paying and not using the flouride that the insurance company doesn't pay for there should not be a balance after they pay. If you can build billing statements or account information into your online stuff it would be great, saves interrupting your staff. more

What a pleasant surprise! Knowing that I was about to get 2 crowns done, I kept waiting for the pain that I knew was coming. After all, getting a crown inevitably hurts, right? I was truly surprised when I was done, and I had not experienced pain. I'm definitely hooked on Dr. Ruehle and his staff! more

Had a crown come off over the weekend, while I was using the Water Pik. Called Monday morning, got in to see Dr. this afternoon and got the crown recemented in a matter of minutes. Great service and great people, as usual. more

Dr. Ruehle and his entire staff are professional, caring and always take great care treating our entire family. They are always on schedule which is also very important. If only ALL Dr.s ran their offices as effiently and with the care he and his team does, no one would ever mind going to see a Doctor. more

Dr. Ruehle & Staff, have went way out of the ordinary, on a professional level, to make Veterans transitions for Denatl Care a fantastic and easy transitional experience for us as Veterans. They literally remove all of the normal worries and make your experience a pleasurable and professional experience. I am a new military Veteran patient who transitioned from VA dental clinic to a much higher level of professionalism here at Dr. Ruehle's Dental Clinic, than what most veterans continue to have these days at the VA.
