First Time Customer 5/16/2017

We enjoy the experience at Patrick's. My wife had a flat tire while traveling to babysit for our grandkids when she called me. We tried another shop but they could get her in. We went to Patrick's and they were able to get us right in and had a mechanic on the task asap. We appreciate your service and will be sure to return. Thank you more

honest expert friendly service 3/17/2017

brought my truck there a few years ago with a reoccurring problem from a large dealer they solved it at a reasonable pice now they do all my preventive maint in my experience its a rare thing to get straight honest advise at a fair price my recent service was well performed in a timely manor couldn't be more happy. thanks more

99 motorhome A/C 3/3/2017

A/C works well - but radio didn't - I was able to fix it in only 30 min - I asked to have the tech to have the identify if the unit has a relay between the starter and ignition switch - I didn't get any info- I also asked if the tech could look at the idler pulleys or what may be making noise - I received no info - I was able to leave the motorhome for the day but had to make several calls to see if I needed make other arrangement - I was only charged for the ac work - but would have been willing to pay for the other services more

Excellent honest service 2/4/2017

I think everyone's been to a shop to where they either try to push some promotional product on you or pressure you into fixing something that is not needed...that's not the case at all at Patrick's Auto. When needed, their work is always great and fairly priced. My Ford Flex wouldn't shift gears properly coming home one night. I had it towed to the shop the next morning. After some research; being that it wasn't a normal transmission issue...they found it to be a problem that many other Flex owners were running into. It ended up being two speed sensors that needed to be replaced. Job was done quickly and my Flex was running great again. more
