This company originaly gave me a great deal on fixing my steam cleaner. However, they had it for over a month and wouldn't return phone calls. They needed the parts. This compay uses used parts, and they always seem to have an aexcuse. But they won't call to give you one, you will be calling them every time. If this isn't bad enough, I decided to return to them after 2 months with my regular vacume. I only did assuming they were being honest with their time delay on my steam cleaner. BIG MISTAKE! They have since had my daily vacume for over 3 months. All that was wrong with it was it needed a new casing for the spinning brush to click into. I was quoted around $25 and told it could be ready in 2 weeks. At 2 weeks I had to call to inquire and was told they were still waiting for parts. Around 3 to 4 weeks I called again. I was then told that this vacume had 2 models where the casing was made a little different, so my spinning brush wouldn't fit into the other kind of casing. But, they had the exact vacume I owned with the slight difference and they would be willing to sell it to me for $20 and replace all new filters in it. They noted that if they had oreder the part it could be very expensive, which by the way I have since looked up at Bisselcom and that was a lie. So I said, well, if it's the same vacume, that would be fine. They said it would be ready that week. When I left messages, I never got a call back yet again. The following week, I called again and was told they were waiting on filter parts but they would call me that week. When I didn't get a call I went in and requested my vacume. I was then told hold on, let me get it for you. He walks out with a completely different vacume. Not only was it not the same with one minor manufacturing difference, but it wasn't even comparable to my vacume! Then I swear he had the nerve to tell me, I will sell you this one for 10 bucks! I lost my mind at that point. I said this isn't right and not what we discussed I want mine back and I will take it somewhere else! They then tells me this vacume has been ready for me though for weeks. And do you think I got a phone call? No. When I asked for my vacume again I was told it was not put together and they would call me when it was. It has since been another week. Basically it sounds like this company will string you along, bait and switch you and part your vacume out in order to fix several other to make more money. Don't go here if you value your vacume. It's not worth it. Now I have to file with the BBB and seek legal action. Save yourself the hassel. Oh and on a side note---this happened in front of both owners, and the primary owner didn't say or do anything to defuse the situation.
