The Pastry Box is fabulous! They can draw anything on your cake to match your party theme. The prices compare with supermarket bakeries, but the quality cakes and desserts you'll find here, you will not find in any grocery store. The ladies are friendly & helpful. We order all our birthday cakes from the Pastry Box and love stopping in for cookies w/ the kids. They do not accept cards so remember your cash when you check out this sweet treat! more

I love their eclairs! 9/28/2005

Tucked away next to Fitzy's Pub in Plainville, The Pastry Box is a neighborhood bakery that is easy to miss, but worth the trip. Homemade cakes, cookies, brownies and pastries fill the cases. Their chocolate eclairs are a particular favorite of mine; my kids like the cookies. The premises are clean, and the quality of the baked goods is high. more
