Pascual Med Spa

I had a tummy tuck done with Dr. Pascual a month ago and I am so pleased. I had a lipo suction done at another cosmetic surgeon's office to remove the fat and he left me with hanging skin. It did not look good and I was very upset. When I met Dr. Pascual she explained to me that can happen and it was not necessarily the other surgeon's fault, that I should go back to that surgeon and get a tummy tuck to get the results that I am looking for. That at least made me less angry at him, but I just felt more comfortable talking to a woman Dr. I asked her if she could do the procedure and she agreed. I was concerned about spending another $5000 and not having it turn out the way I expected or hoped for. She took the time to show me some before and after pictures and I decided to go forward with the surgery. Now a month after my surgery, I can say I am very pleased with my result, I have had both the fat and skin removed...It looks amazing. I am very disappointed in the service and the Hcg results. I should have known from the beginning when the typical sales pitch started that this was not the right place. I was promised the world and forced to buy all sort of things...pills (that did nothing for me) shakes, bars and nothing...there was very limited weightloss. Even though from the beginning I questioned her on the weight loss being from the restricted calories, she guaranteed results and no hunger craving. I had constant cravings and limited weight loss. The staff was very nice initially but once they had my money the service became horrible. I was under the impression that I would be seen by the doctor at some point, but throughout my entire treatment I was never seen by a medical professional. I'm not sure why I spent that extra money to go to a doctor's office when I was weighed and measured and given medical advise by the front desk who just gratuated high school. I'm outraged and disappointed that I was conned into this "medically supervised" diet. I should have just bought it at my doctors office where I know I would have met with a professional weekly. more

I had a new body experience with doctor Pascual. I went in for a breast consultation for implants and also got a tummy tuck and lipo consulatation as well. After talking to her and having her explain each procedure I decided to go for it all. I finished having babies,(three all together) and decided I want my body back for me. Dr. Pascual has a way of understanding I never felt with male surgeons, and between her making me feel comfortable and explaining each procedure, we also had quite a few laughs. The surgery came out amazing, I have full perky breasts, flat belly,and a beautifull back from the lipo. I can't tell you how much this change to my body has changed my whole being. The staff was so supportive and nice,I truly fell that I have friends there. Dr. Pascual truly is very talented, and has an amazing support staff from Loraine to Beatrice. I had my Lipo done three months ago with Dr. Pascual's office in Aventura, Staff was very kind and gentle, Dr. Castillo did the surgery, the man is truly an artist, my belly skin was hanging and looked awful after 3 kids, but now its tight and flat like it was in my 20's.
