Went there last month. Spent over 10 minutes waiting...every time. I may not be the most patient person, but at least their services are excellent. I particularly liked Dr. Pascual, she made sure everything went well, spent plenty of time with me explaining the procedure, costs, pre and post procedure preparation and all that. They didn't add anything to the bill, I paid as much as I was told from the beginning. Thumbs up for that! more

I went there a few months ago to reposition a saggy brown. I've never had cosmetic surgery before, so I didn't really know what to expect. All I can say is that results were amazing, I was astonished! The few appointments I made, including the before and after checkups took place without any significant issues. My appointment was at 9 am and I arrived 15 mn early. There was some contrustion on site and was very unpleasant. At 9:30 am I asked if it will take longer, that's when they told they're going to call the doctor. Really ??? she's rolling over in her bed when I woke up super early with my daughter to come to her cleanic and she didn't have the decency to be at her clinic. I never beg anyone to take my money. I also met a patient that was very unahappy with her results, she had an appointment at 8:30am. I went to the Aventura location of Pascualmd for their Hcg weight loss program. I drove by Dr. Pascuals billboard on my way home from work, they had a really large young woman in a before and after picture, who claimed to have lost 60lbs in 60 days. Usually these are bogus photo shoped pictures or paid celebraties, so I dont pay much attention to them but I wanted to go and check Dr. Pascual out for my self since I have put on 20 lbs this year and was becoming very concerned with my not being able to lose the weight. I went to the Aventura location for a Couptessa coupon I purchased for one area of Botox for $99. When I got there they said they were out of Botox until the following Monday. I was a little upset no one called me to give me a heads up, but the Nurse who was going to do the procedure asked me if I would like to try Dysport. According to her, it would work faster than Botox and last longer. I was hesitant but really didn't want to have to come back again so I agreed to try the Dysport. I was surprised to find out that it did take effect in about 3-4 days, usually Botox would take 10-14 days to work on me, so I was happy that Dysport delivered as promised. I went there because of my friend recommended Dr. Pascual, and also because I happen to live just around the area. I opted for their non-invasive Vibradermabrasion procedure. Honestly, I went with some skepticism when I visited their office in Aventura. I went out to check their hcg weight loss program. I had plenty of questions and I think I was overly inquisitive. However, the staff and office manager was patient enough to explain the program. so I went into the program. As a result I dropped 15 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks! I went for a Dysport promotion I bought through Groupon for $99. The place was very, very BUSY. I had a 10:30 am appointment and was there on time. However, I had to for wait 25 minutes before I saw the Nurse that was doing the injection. The nurse (Yelena, I think that was her name) was very nice and professional though. She answered all my questions and I decided to do a second area of Dysport for the Crows feet around my eyes. I am very disappointed in the service and the Hcg results. I should have known from the beginning when the typical sales pitch started that this was not the right place. I was promised the world and forced to buy all sort of things...pills (that did nothing for me) shakes, bars and nothing...there was very limited weightloss. Even though from the beginning I questioned her on the weight loss being from the restricted calories, she guaranteed results and no hunger craving. I had constant cravings and limited weight loss. The staff was very nice initially but once they had my money the service became horrible. I was under the impression that I would be seen by the doctor at some point, but throughout my entire treatment I was never seen by a medical professional. I'm not sure why I spent that extra money to go to a doctor's office when I was weighed and measured and given medical advise by the front desk who just gratuated high school. I'm outraged and disappointed that I was conned into this "medically supervised" diet. I should have just bought it at my doctors office where I know I would have met with a professional weekly.
