I discovered Pasand India Cuisine in Richardson while in graduate school at UTD courtesy of my fellow graduate students who raved about its very authentic food. I continue to go there usually for their excellent lunch buffet which is $6.99 on weekdays and $8.99 on weekends. There are plenty of meat entrees and also very tasty vegetarian/vegan options (I like the palak paneer). Desserts include a delicious rice pudding. I also recommend the "lassies" on the cold beverages menu. Decor is simple in this clean and pleasant restaurant which has a quiet tranquil atmosphere.
