I picked out and purchased some blue balloons for my nephews birthday today at lunch. I let them know I would pick them up after work and would be in a hurry and they said no problem and I gave them my name. I went to pick them up and they weren't there, I asked the employee where they were and was told they had a shift change, they were given away and they didn't have anymore that color. Not once did the employee apologize, she grabbed 2 baby blue balloons and proceeded to blow them up while I grabbed some candles. At the counter, while she rang up the candles, I realized my nephew would not like the color of the balloons but didn't have any time to change them and asked if I would be given a discount and she said no and I mentioned what bad customer service I had experienced and she threw my credit card at me
