I have purchased from Parts-People twice now and I have been very pleased with the service and prices. I purchased one part from them and it was faulty, I call them up and they shipped me a replacement part right away, no questions asked. I will continue to do business with them. Pros: Speedy Delivery, Great Customer Service Cons: None that I can think of more

Outstanding Customer Service 1/31/2010

I ordered a system board and Pentium 4M 2.2 GHz processor to repair my Dell 4150 that had suffered a short. Right before the parts were to ship, I got a call from the shipping department to make certain that I had ordered the correct parts for this laptop. I was also able to confirm the BIOS had been flashed to make the system board compatible with the 4150. I was very impressed with the customer service and shipping people at Parts-People.com. I heartily recommend you. more

I purchased 6 Dell laptops over the last 10 years and have needed to service out of warranty ones on a few occasions and Parts People have much better prices than Dell, and delivery to Australia has been in a few days. more
